I grew up a typical teenage girl
I dreamed of romance and passion
My heart was filled with grand notions

That a tall, dark handsome man
Would sweep me off my feet
Take me away from my dull life
Like a knight in shining armor

One day my knight did appear
Not in shining armor but in jeans
He was not so tall but not too short
He was not movie star handsome

But he had eyes that moved me
A smile that warmed my heart
And he simply took my breath away

With one look Robert changed my life
Our souls are interlocked forever
Two hearts that beat as one
Robert made my dreams come true
