Fathers Day Poems About Tools From Kids: Our Father And His Tools

By admin On July 21, 2010 Under Father's Day Poems, Father's day poems about tools from kids

There was a time when men were men
When a mans hands were worn to bone
Where hard work seemed to never end
And Fathers took care of their own

A time when tools were part of the hand
And a man was respected for his trade
When a firm handshake ruled the land
And a man stood by the choices he made

Our Father was formed of this mold
Working with tools melted his stress away
He treated his toolbox as though it were gold
And with his tools we did not play

His tools were for building and repair
If it could be done he’d find a way
He treated us with the same loving care
And he is loved on this Fathers Day

I’m extremely impressed with your writing skills as well as with the layout on your weblog. Is this a paid theme or did you modify it yourself? Anyway keep up the excellent quality writing, it is rare to see a great blog like this one these days..
