Good friends are so hard to find
The friends that truly care for you
Someone who is thoughtful and kind
And shares what you go through

Some friends will come and go
A friendship that floats on air
And when you really need them so
They are never there

Good friends form a bond
And help each other in a bind
On this you can depend on
Good friends are hard to find

I know that when you lead we succeed
Because you know what to do
To be a Boss take’s a special breed
I guess you know that too

It take’s confidence and a steady hand
To control a successful operation
The ability to listen and understand
When those you lead need calibration

Being a Boss is more than supervision
It requires common sense indeed
And we thank you for that vision
Because when you lead we succeed

So many needy in our world today
So much help is truly needed
Where there’s a will there is a way
For love and unity to be seeded

Around the world Volunteers appear
In an attempt to do their part
The reasons are not always clear
But it begins inside their heart

Volunteering is a priceless emotion
To offer support for your fellow man
Just a little of your time and devotion
Can change the writing in the sand

Nurses deserve our appreciation
They work under a lot of stress
On this there is no speculation
They are the best of the best

The Doctor’s get all of the respect
While the Nurses work on the line
Nurses do what we’ve come to expect
They’re really one of a kind

They nurse our aches and pains
Administer treatment and medication
And then the nurse patiently explains
Alternatives and expectations

Thank a Nurse whenever you can
You will need a Nurse one day
I am the Nurses biggest fan
And that’s all I have to say

Principals in Elementary have the task
Of guiding our children into learning
The Principal has to set the tone
And find that educational yearning

The principal must lead the way
Earn the students respect and admiration
Set the example each and everyday
And not seek any appreciation

Elementary students are so young
The age for forming a foundation
Principals are the key to success
Motivators on the road to graduation

Your educational wisdom knows no end
Unique in your ability to ignite learning

You have been a mentor and a friend
You kept the candle of hope burning

You were a principle full of dedication
You were a molder of the young mind

You filled your students with inspiration
So much accomplished in your time

You answered the call of education
For you such appreciation and compassion

Successful students your creation
The desire to educate your passion

Kids never forget
That one person who brightened their day
When they felt sad
Kids never forget
Those words of wisdom
Of inspiration needed

Kids never forget
The difference you made in their life
When they felt like they couldn’t do anything
