There are bosses that like to yell

And show no leadership at all

They think they’re really doing well

But they’re headed for a fall

A true leader will find success

Earning respect by motivation

By knowing how to address

And lead through inspiration

You are that type of Boss to me

You listen and you care

You always challenge me to be

The best that I may dare

You push me hard that’s true

But Boss that’s okay

Because that’s what leaders do

I love this time of year
Snow blankets the ground
Falling gently as a tear
While making not a sound

A special glow fills the air
The lights and decorations
No other season can compare
To our Christmas celebrations

I love Christmas with you
To snuggle by an open fire
You embody the spirit too
And this I so admire

Christmas is more than a season
It’s a time to love those held dear
And you are part of the reason
