Daddy, I’ll Always Be Your Little Girl
Daddy, please don’t be depressed
I hate so to see you sad
I feel that I’ve been blessed
To have you for a dad
I know you think you failed
But that is just not so
Everyone can get derailed
It’s part of how we grow
You’ve always been there for me
To lend a helping hand
No better father could there be
You have to understand
Success is in the eye of the beholder
Not in a diamond or a pearl
